M.F.S. 200 L

M.F.S 200L is an automatic Filling/Thermo Sealing machine with 10 trails and it is able to guarantee productions up to 20000 pieces per hour and it is therefore recommended for large scale productions. It has been thought for the packaging of any kind of product (liquid, solid or pasty) the machine is entirely manufactured with noble materials (the filler is made of stainless steel Aisi 316). All the main motions are mechanical, with the exception of the sealing station (that is pneumatic) and can therefore ensure the best working precision and maintenance easiness and handiness, while the design has been studied in order to simplify the cleaning and sanitization operations. The functions of the machine are electronically regulated by a microprocessor connected to an industrial PC able to allow the machine to execute all the operations with the maximum precision and to ensure their absolute control. Moreover the control panel is a touch screen equipped with an intuitive and easy program.
