This machine is designed specifically for the preparation of ready meals, distinguishing it from ordinary traysealers that can be adapted for multiple uses. A key element of its design is the shuttle system, which ensures precise positioning of the cards on the trays, eliminating the need for a pre-stitching system. The latter, in addition to not guaranteeing optimal accuracy, can cause problems such as accidental detachment of the cards.

Thanks to the feed belt, the trays are progressively placed in the correct position for the sealing jaws, optimizing the production process. In addition, the absence of conveyor belts prevents slippage or jumping between the conveyor and the sealing area, providing greater stability and efficiency.

The shuttle system is an additional strength, ensuring reliable and repeatable application of cards, an essential aspect of achieving a flawless result on every package.
