M.F.S. 100 L

M.F.S 100L is a linear Filling/Thermo Sealing machine with 4 trails and it is recommended for medium-large scale productions and it has been thought for the packaging of any kind of product (liquid, solid or pasty).
The machine is entirely manufactured with noble materials (the dosing system is made of stainless steel Aisi 316). All the main motions are mechanical, with the exception of the sealing station (that is pneumatic), and can therefore ensure the best working precision and maintenance easiness and handiness, while the design has been studied in order to simplify the cleaning and sanitization operations. The functions of the machine are electronically regulated by a microprocessor connected to an industrial PC able to allow the machine to execute all the operations with the maximum precision and to ensure an absolute control of the same. Moreover the control panel is a touch screen equipped with an intuitive and easy program.
